About BTW
Built on Experience. Driven by Design.
Three professionals bringing complementary perspectives — design, renovation, and client care — to every project.
A collaboration, by design.
BTW Renovations was founded as a partnership of three professionals who believe extraordinary homes come from close collaboration between design and craft.
Two of our principals bring well-established backgrounds in renovation and interior design. Together with our third partner, we offer clients a rare combination: the depth of experienced professionals with the attentiveness of a small studio.
Our Philosophy
Character in every choice.
A home should feel considered, not contrived. Our inspiration comes from natural materials, enduring architecture, and the rhythms of everyday life.
We bring a careful eye to proportion, texture, and light. Close collaboration keeps every choice connected to your priorities, while thoughtful craftsmanship gives those choices lasting substance.

Rooted in Fontana
At home on Geneva Lake.
Based in Fontana, we know the character of the lake — its historic estates, classic cottages, and modern retreats. We're proud to bring thoughtful design to homes in our own community and the surrounding Geneva Lake area.
